Lead Local Flood Authority Drainage and Minor Ground Works Framework

Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is designated a Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) under the Flood and Water Management Act, 2010. As such it has powers and duties relating to “local” sources of flooding, these are flooding from surface water, ordinary watercourses and groundwater.
