Construction of a New community hub, ancillary mechanic garage and associated external works.

Newcastle-Under-Lyme Borough Council herein referred to as ‘the Employer’ wishes to place a contract for a new community hub, ancillary mechanic garage and associated external works at the site located on The Meadows, Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent. The development consists of the new build construction of the main community hub building, demolition of the existing garage on the site, construction of the new garage, associated yard and car park works.
