NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB ("the Commissioner") to commission a community deep vein thrombosis service consisting of ultrasound scanning for diagnosis and management of positive DVT's. Patients must be contacted in a timely manner (2 hours) from referral and offered an appointment at one of 3 (or more) locations across the BNSSG footprint.
