Mental Health community services (low level community and crisis mental health support) - North Lincolnshire

The service will provide: • low level mental health support, mental health counselling, group work and a programme of support groups. • support to RDASH community and primary care mental health team in the delivery of Severe Mental Illness (SMI) health checks and peer support. • A 4 bedded crisis house as an alternative to inpatient provision, crisis phone support interventions.
