Direct Payment Payroll Supporting Service

The London borough of Barnet wishes to commission a service offering payroll support to people receiving care and support in Barnet via direct payments. 3.1.Direct payments payroll support provider shall provide the service in the following areas: •Managed Payroll Accounts for carers/ Personal Assistants (PAs) •Managed Agency budget •Online access to individual accounts for each DP recipient with regular reporting to the authority’s officers •Recruitment support around employing a PA or carer.
