The implementation of a digital Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (PPM) tool for GSTT

GSTT does not currently have an enterprise-wide PPM tool to support change delivery. Project management and portfolio reporting is generally completed manually and offline using Excel and PowerPoint templates.
