This Framework is for the Provision of Ad Hoc Call-Out Security (Parking & Infrastructure Team Sites). Durham County Council (DCC) Parking and Transport Infrastructure team manage and maintain the Council's Park and Ride sites, off-street car parks including The Sands Multi Storey car park and on-street parking places.
