Step-up, step-down Mental Health Supported Living Service contract

12 month contract starting on 12 May 2024 for specialist mental health care and support (for people aged 17.5 - 28) promoting a pathway to future independent living, greater social inclusion, through location of people within a community. The service offers a safe environment with the support of on-site staff through-out the day and the security of overnight staff.
