The Northern Ireland Water Group (The Client) is a group of companies registered in Northern Ireland which are governed under the Companies Act 2006 and subject to UK tax legislation and HMRC compliance. The Client is fully owned by its shareholder, the Department for Infrastructure, and is economically regulated by the Utility Regulator.
