Out of Court Disposal

The Police and Crime Commissioner would like to commission a new project to support offenders facing complex needs to provide practical support and a supported Out of Court intervention using a holistic approach. This could include but is not limited to, offenders experiencing mental health issues, grief, gambling, chaotic substance use or being a victim of crime themselves.
