Community Buddy Scheme

Hampshire County Council Children's Services delivers the Community Buddy Scheme as part of the council's Short Breaks offer. The Community Buddy Scheme enables children and young people with a disability or additional needs, to access their local community or support them to take part in activities or groups of their choosing within their local community.
