The primary objective of the framework is to provide a service for the receipt, segregation, recycling and disposal of all materials delivered to their designated facility by the Council's own fleet and subcontractors as Lot 1 and Lot 2 for collection of construction waste to be processed / recycled or disposed by suppliers.
