The Reablement and Review Service

Reading Borough Council’s ("RBC" or the "Council") vision is to enhance the reablement approach to arranging, delivering, and reviewing care that supports Individual’s (otherwise coined as ‘service users’) to do tasks for themselves to retain or regain their independent living skills and to build their confidence during/after a period of ill-health.
