This procurement exercise is to establish a ‘Flexible Framework Agreement’ in accordance with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (further referred to as 'Flexible Framework (FF)') for the provision of Care at Home Services for Adults and Older People. The FF allows for New Entrants to be admitted, as Providers, after it has been established.
