Wakefield Council intends to commission a seven days per week / 365 days per year short breaks service for adults with learning disabilities at two 4-bed units (‘the Service’). One unit, Cypress Road, is in Normanton and the other unit, Clarence Gardens, is in the Thornes Park area of Wakefield.
