Hinkley Point B Decommissioning Waste Processing Facility Design and Build

The design and build of a Decommissioning Waste Processing Facility (DWPF) is a key requirement to support pre-Care and Maintenance (C&M) decommissioning and waste management activities within Hinkley Point B's Baseline Decommissioning Plan. The DWPF is required to process the significant quantities of Low Level Waste (LLW) arising from the initial phase of decommissioning prior to the site entering an acquiescent state (Care and Maintenance).
