Framework Agreement for Flying Start Childcare Provision in Powys - Phase 2b Expansion

Powys County Council established a framework agreement for settings providing Flying Start Childcare. The Council is re-opening the Framework for providers in the Expansion Phase 2b areas: Rhayader, Llanbrynmair & Banwy, and Disserth & Trecoed (Howey).
