The Contracting Authority is tendering their Right to Buy (RTB) Leasehold Buildings Insurance in line with public procurement legislation in time for renewal on 1 April 2023. The insurance policy seeks to cover private dwellings sold on a leasehold basis, the majority of which were sold under the RTB legislation.
