The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractors to a framework agreement for the provision of Communal Minor Works and Repairs in Bristol. The works will be carried out within a wide range of the Councils housing stock (both vacant and occupied properties) and other nominated domestic dwellings. The framework will be managed by Housing & Landlord Services.

This lot will consist of one (1) Contractor only. The highest scoring bidder for this lot will be appointed to this Lot. Pricing shall be based on a Schedule of Rates (SoR) submitted during the tender period. Works will be awarded under this lot as a direct award.

This lot shall include up to three (3) Contractors. The top three scoring bidders for this lot will be appointed to this lot. Works will be awarded utilising a mini competition. Pricing will be submitted at the mini competition stage.
