Young People's Pathway Move Through Service - South

This an accommodation-based service for young people between the age of 18-25 years. This Move service in the South of the borough of Camden is the final stage of the Young People's Pathway which provides young people with visiting support service by staff. The service is provided from two locations, the first location has 33 units across a mixture of 1,2,3 and 4 bed flats with an office for staff as well as a concierge for safety and security.
