Supply and Installation of replacement interior LED lighting on Class 158 and 159 Diesel Multiple Units

The purpose of this modification is to avoid obsolescence of fluorescent lighting tubes which will cease to be available as of September 2023. This modification will also reduce power consumption to allow other modification to take place in the future. Any ancillary modifications or work required to facilitate the full, safe and approved implementation of the requirements of this document is to be included in the scope, considered by the Supplier and costed appropriately.
