Refurbishment of Leeds media centre- Unity homes

Leeds Media Centre was last refurbished in 2001; all major installations and building components are therefore approximately 20 years old. The building is operational and partially occupied by multiple tenants (renting on a flexible basis) but it is in need of refurbishment throughout. Due to budget limitations and the presence of tenants, the works focus primarily on the building fabric and communal areas.
