EGL 3 & 4 Marine Surveys
As part of the Eastern Green Link Projects (EGL 3 & EGL 4) new connections will increase the capability of the electricity transmission network between England and Scotland. The general requirement is for a marine survey of two cable routes to inform of seabed morphology and shallow sediment structure, and to provide benthic characterisation and habitat maps.
