202122 1122 SPR machine for determination of affinity and kinetics of molecular interactions

The University of Leeds is seeking tenders for Equipment for determination of affinity and kinetic rate constants for molecular interactions, likely using SPR or equivalent detection. The system will allow high-throughput, automated analysis of multiple ligands and multiple analytes. We require the ability to analyse a very wide range of molecules including small molecules and “fragment” libraries, peptides and sugars, to macromolecules (including proteins, DNA, RNA and polysaccharides) and molecular complexes.
