Invitation to Tender for Catering Provisions

Orkney Islands Council has a requirement to appoint suppliers / providers in relation to the supply and delivery of catering products to a number of authority establishments throughout Orkney. The required provisions are as follows: Fresh Milk, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Potatoes, Fresh Fish, Fresh Butchers Meat, Bread and Morning Goods, Frozen Food, Groceries and Provisions and Dairy Products. The Contracts will be collaborative in conjunction with Orkney Islands Council and NHS Orkney (Balfour Hospital).
