Off-Street Electric Vehicle Charge Points

WCC is considering delivering EV charging points for vehicles in "off street" locations. These locations consist of housing estates, schools, depots, leisure facilities and other locations. The majority of these will be in housing estate locations which have traffic orders applied on them, and so only allowing housing residents with permits to park in that particular estate.
