The tender is being led by YWS, however, the contract will be signed with Kelda, which is YWS parent company and is acquiring insurance for the whole group. The Kelda group includes Yorkshire Water Services, Loop Customer Management and Keyland Developments, with Yorkshire Water Services being the main subsidiary.
