Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) is procuring a framework agreement and seeking bids from consortiums consisting of a supplier of bike and electric bikes and an operator who will deliver an on street public self-service Bike share scheme to be used by residents, workers and visitors in the Brighton and Hove area.
