Preliminary market testing for Banking Service for Client Income & Expenditure

Marketing engagement in accordance with Regulation 41 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, as amended. Renfrewshire Council has an existing contract for the provision of banking services for clients (adults with incapacity), to process income and expenditure.
