The Provision of Facilities Services for NIFRS

NIFRS objective is to get an understanding from the market and what would be the best solution to provide FM Services to LDC Cookstown. NIFRS currently use a Term Service Contract to undertake planned and reactive maintenance throughout their estate and a BSO PaLS Contract for Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Waste Management.
