WCC - Hanging Baskets 2022

Westminster City Council is seeking to work with a supplier who can supply, install and maintain the provision of approx. 2771 Hanging Baskets on lamp columns within the borough of Westminster. The supplier shall be required to replenish the baskets twice a year in April and October. This opportunity has a 3 year initial contract with an optional 2 year extension.
