Provision of a Clinical Genetics Electronic Patient Record System

Requirement for a bespoke fully digital Electronic Records system for Clinical Genetics which manages referrals, triage, appointments, family history information (pedigrees), letters and archiving of the files which are off-site. The system must interface with other general NUH hospital digital systems for the purpose of monitoring patient pathways and letters.
