The existing Materials Framework Agreement is due to expire in March 20231. It is currently divided into nine lots - plumbing and heating, gas spares, building materials, electrical supplies, aids and adaptations, stairlifts, tool and plant hire, managed services and national consortia of independent merchants. The future lot structure will be confirmed in the Contract Notice following market engagement and the development of the framework strategy.
