The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) Project Team within Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) are preparing to initiate a competitive procurement process to award a contract for the Battle of Britain Memorial Integrated Support Arrangement Programme (BISAP) - Propulsion (Engines). BISAP - Propulsion (Engines) will deliver an efficient and effective, long term solution for all engine support for the BBMF aircraft over the next 10 years.
