Economic Regulation: Analytical Study

The National Infrastructure Strategy committed government to producing an overarching policy paper on economic regulation. A key part of the policy paper will concern the government conducting a review of economic regulator's duties in 2022. To inform this review, we need to commission an analytical study into regulators' duties in telecoms, energy and water.
