Provision of a Textile and Shoe Recycling Service in Warrington

Warrington Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide textile and shoe recycling banks at designated sites in Warrington, with an option for more sites to be added during the contract period. The service will require the provision of both the banks, collections and recycling of the collected items.
