Extension to Contract - Paris Managed Service Support and Maintenance
The Health Board wish to amend the Extension to the Project Agreement to ensure that all elements of the license, support and maintenance contracts plus the managed services are aligned to the 29th March 2023, which is the current end date for services provided under CCN005. The Effective date of this proposed change under CCN009 is 31st December 2021. The Project Agreement will be further extended for 15 months from 1st January 2022 to 29th March 2023
