This requirement is for up to 760 various sized units of rented accommodation to be provided and managed by one or more of provider(s)s through a series of ‘block’ contracts.

Lot Service 2 – Lot 4 – Framework for the Provision of Temporary Accommodation Provision of Temporary Accommodation Services

This framework is for the provision and management of rented accommodation required in addition to the Council's 'block' arrangement (above). This extra accommodation will be purchased on a nightly acquired, 'spot' basis. The proportion and number of properties required will vary based on requirements.

Lesnes (Peabody HA Properties) are a number of different sized accommodation units (owned by Peabody Housing Association) that the Council is putting to use as accommodation for those that have been accepted as homeless
