Day to Day Repairs to Housing 2022 - 2023

The work comprises of building works to maintain and restore council housing properties on a day-to-day basis. The contract period will be for two (2) years between 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023. The project excludes major works of refurbishment, re-roofing, and programmed maintenance, all of which are covered by separate agreements unless instructed or directed otherwise.
