The Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Framework Agreement (DFA) - (under the Light Touch Regime – Schedule 3 Public Contract Regulations 2015) for the provision of Living Well At Home Services (LWAH) which will include Extra Care Housing. Tenderers are invited to tender for inclusion on the DFA.
