The Council's requirement under this Contract is for the delivery of Contracted Civil Enforcement Services in line with Environmental Protection Act and Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act. The Contractor will be required to deliver patrol based services and call of enforcement activity in line with legislation and best practice.
