INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY & DISTRIBUTION OF MILK THIRDS AND FRESH MILK

The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement to meet the Milk Thirds and Fresh Milk needs of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.
