Danes Educational Trust (DET) consists of 9 schools - 4 primary, 4 secondary and a UTC. DET are seeking a sole catering provider to provide a foodservice provision initially for 6 of the sites with the following 3 to follow with 18 months. All establishments are within two geographic hubs - namely Hatfield and Watford. The numbers of pupils/students on each site range from 300 - 1,400 and each has a different requirement in relation to the amount of serving areas,
