North Wales Housing Association is undertaking a tender process for residential lunch services and communal cleaning at their three Extra Care Schemes located in North Wales; Llys y Coed, Llanfairfechan was NWH’s first Extra Care Scheme, developed in partnership with Conwy County Borough Council, with 31 x 1 bedroom and 15 x 2 bedroom self-contained apartments.
