Provision of Hand Held Sonar Systems-VTN-V3

This notice supersedes previous VTN reference 2021/S 000-017289. HHS devices are systems designed to be held and operated by an individual diver. They should be able to provide navigational information and indicate the geospatial positions of underwater objects of interests to facilitate the divers safely and efficiently in carrying out their operations.
