Portfolio, programme and project management (PPM) solution

In line with HMRCs 10 year tax strategy, the Department has a core directive to improve the way in which it delivers effective portfolio and project management across its Transformation Group. This is a highly complex environment and encompasses a multiyear portfolio in excess of £4 billion.
