Conversion, refurbishment, extension and alteration of the city centre Category A Listed Inverness Castle to form a new visitor attraction including downtakings, fabric repairs, structural alterations, new build extensions, new internal fit out, new internal and external MEP systems, drainage, extensive hard and soft landscaping and external lighting.
