Collection, Processing, Recycling and Recovery of Paints and Varnishes contained in Tins and Buckets from Newry, Mourne and Down District Councils Household Recycling Sites

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (The Council) invites tenders from suitably capable and licensed Contractors to undertake the collection and processing of paints and varnishes contained in tins and buckets from its Household Recycling (HRC) sites and their subsequent recycling and recovery for a period which may be up to four years. The Council will work with the appointed Contractor to maximise recycling and landfill diversion rates.
