The Provision of Transitional Support/Accommodation Services for Young People 16-25 years

In partnership with the internal Housing service, Dudley Council is looking to create, extend and further develop a seamless service in relation to supporting the the needs of the most vulnerable young people i.e. those that are identified via Childrens Services, Early Help Services and Housing etc, transitioning to independent living or those that require additional help and support during their early adult years.
