Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Tool to include Finance, HR, Payroll & Procurement

We currently deploy separate solutions for our finance, procurement, HR, and payroll departments and are looking at procuring an integrated cloud ERP solution to improve efficiency. Our intention is to procure a base product from a supplier, with whom we can develop additional functionality to enable us to fully meet our needs.
